It is a highly thermally conductive silicone grease with UL94V-0 recognized. This compound is suitable for a wide variety of application within the electrical components industry. It is also acts as an excellent moisture buffer when mounting semi-conductor devices on heat sinks obviating air gaps between inperfectly mating surface.
